Everything you need to stop missing calls and save time.

Bookivox covers the entire voice chain: pick up, qualify, answer, book, connect, test, personalize. No siloed modules, everything is designed to work together.

Inbound calls

Answer every call 24/7, qualify the request, handle peak times and closed hours, then hand off to the right team when needed.

  • Automatically picks up every inbound call
  • Understands caller intent and context
  • Handles peak periods with no busy line

Outbound calls

Launch campaigns from a CSV file or a simple list of numbers: appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups. Every column in the file (name, city…) personalizes the call.

  • Adjustable concurrent calls, retries and calling hours
  • Automatic stop when the failure rate exceeds a threshold
  • Progress tracking and campaign report

Telephony and numbers

Bookivox sits on the phone system you already run, or supplies the line if you are starting from scratch: either way, the agent answers on the number your customers already know.

  • Connects to your existing IP phone system over SIP
  • Bookivox number bought online, no carrier account needed
  • Works with Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx, Plivo, Vobiz, Cloudonix and Asterisk
  • Free porting of your current number, handled by our team

WebVox

Add a voice experience directly to your website: voice widget, real-time answers, lead capture without long forms or friction.

  • Floating, inline or headless widget
  • Adjustable look: launcher, position, colors and labels
  • Snippet to paste on your site, no phone number needed
  • Lead capture even without a phone call

VoxBuilder

Describe your agent in plain language (role, tasks, tone, limits): VoxBuilder generates the complete flow. You then fine-tune it in the visual editor, step by step, without a developer.

  • Agent generated from a simple description
  • Visual editor to adjust every step
  • Ready-made templates, JSON import and export

Integrations

Connect Bookivox to your business tools: CRMs, calendars, messaging, helpdesks, ERP, e-commerce and more to sync all your data.

  • CRMs, calendars and booking tools
  • Messaging and helpdesk connectivity
  • API and webhooks for specific use cases

Test the agent in browser

Validate your scenarios in the browser, with no phone setup: text chat to iterate quickly on replies, web call through the microphone to judge the voice. Changes stay in draft until you publish them.

  • Testing by text chat and web call
  • Draft, published version and version history
  • Fast iterations before deployment

Knowledge base

Upload your company documents — processes, pricing, FAQs, procedures — so Bookivox answers with the right information, consistent with internal guidelines.

  • PDF, Word and text document import
  • Documents attached step by step for targeted answers
  • Easy updates when your processes change

Voice and welcome messages

Personalize the voice, the tone, welcome messages, standard replies and voice identity so they exactly match your brand.

  • Bookivox voices and models, or your own provider keys (BYOK)
  • Dictionary to pronounce your brand names and jargon correctly
  • Background ambience and voicemail behavior

Call tracking and quality

Every call is logged: transcript, summary, collected data, duration and cost. Reports aggregate activity and quality analysis scores conversations automatically.

  • Transcripts, summaries and audio recordings
  • Activity reports with CSV export
  • Automatic quality analysis: score, sentiment and detected issues

Team and security

Invite your team with the right access level and protect your account with two-factor authentication.

  • Four roles: owner, admin, operator, read-only
  • Fine-grained rights per area: agents, campaigns, reports, billing
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app

API and MCP server

Drive Bookivox from your systems with the REST API, or from your AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, VS Code) through the MCP server. The technical documentation is public at docs.bookivox.com.

  • REST API: agents, campaigns, knowledge base, telephony
  • MCP server to create and publish agents from your AI assistant
  • Webhooks to send each call result to your tools
Product focus

Two key modules for fast and reliable deployments

Test environment

Test the agent in the browser

A dedicated space lets you simulate every call directly from your browser. Test qualification, handoff, FAQ replies and appointment booking before deployment. Iterate fast, deploy with confidence.

Centralized knowledge

Knowledge base for your company documents

Upload your pricing, procedures, FAQs and processes. Bookivox relies on these documents to answer accurately. You stay in control of what the agent can say, with simple updates when your information changes.

Move from a passive line to a voice experience that acts.

Inbound calls, outbound calls, web, integrations, knowledge base and customization: everything is ready for your deployment.

Features FAQ

Practical questions about Bookivox modules

Everything you need to know before setting up your first scenarios.

Does Bookivox work with my current phone system?

Yes. If you already run an IP phone system, Bookivox connects to it over SIP and answers on your existing numbers, with nothing to change in your setup. If you have no phone system, we supply the line and the number, so there is nothing to install on your side.

Can I connect my existing tools?

Yes. The integrations layer is designed to connect CRMs, calendars, messaging, helpdesks, ERP and e-commerce. APIs and webhooks are available for specific use cases.

Can anyone build a scenario with VoxBuilder?

Yes. You describe the agent in plain language and VoxBuilder generates the flow. You then adjust it in the visual editor, without writing code.

Can we test before going live?

Yes. The built-in test space lets you talk to the agent by text chat or web call, directly in the browser, correct answers and validate scenarios before publishing.

Which phone carriers are supported?

You can buy a Bookivox number directly in the platform, with no carrier account, or connect your own Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx, Plivo, Vobiz or Cloudonix account, or your Asterisk server. Call transfer to a human works with Twilio, Telnyx and Asterisk.

Can Bookivox be driven by API?

Yes. The REST API manages agents, campaigns, knowledge base and telephony from your systems, and the MCP server lets you create agents from Claude, Cursor or VS Code. Everything is documented at docs.bookivox.com.
