Data controller
The personal data processing performed on bookivox.com is carried out under the responsibility of Limitless Influence, SASU (French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company) registered under SIREN 898 833 843 / headquarters SIRET 898 833 843 00011 (RCS Évry-Courcouronnes), whose registered office is at 19 rue Danton, 91210 Draveil, France.
Limitless Influence has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO). The legal representative and official contact for any question relating to processing is Mr Pierre Stark, President. Contact: contact@limitless-influence.fr or +33 7 66 50 89 62.
Legal basis of processing (Article 6 GDPR)
In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the processing operations carried out on bookivox.com are based on one or more of the following legal bases:
• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a) — in particular for non-essential cookies, subscriptions and appointment scheduling;
• Performance of steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) — in the context of a demo, quotation request or service provision;
• Compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (Art. 6.1.c) — applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations;
• Legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party (Art. 6.1.f), subject to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject — site security, continuous improvement and anonymised audience measurement.
Data collected and purposes
On bookivox.com, the personal data collected is strictly limited and proportionate to the purposes pursued:
• Basic contact details: salutation, first name, last name, contact email address, phone number;
• Request-related information: subject of the request, messages sent by email or when scheduling a meeting, time preferences;
• Anonymised technical data: browser type, overall visit duration, pages viewed (audience measurement only if consent has been given);
• Newsletter sign-up: first name and email address, with your explicit consent — see the "Newsletter" section below.
This information is used to: respond to incoming requests, prepare and follow up on demos, prepare a commercial proposal, provide post-onboarding support, secure the website and continuously improve the Bookivox features.
Newsletter
Newsletter sign-up is optional and relies exclusively on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the checkbox of the form displayed at the bottom of every page. This consent is separate from any other request and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Data collected: your first name and your email address, and nothing else. No phone number is requested;
• Purpose: sending you Bookivox news, new voice agent templates, webinar announcements and usage tips. This data is used neither for telephone prospecting nor for targeted advertising, and is never sold or transferred to third parties;
• Sign-up: your address is added to the mailing list as soon as the form is submitted, with no further email confirmation step;
• Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at most three (3) years after the last contact;
• Unsubscribing: every email carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately and without justification. You may also write to contact@limitless-influence.fr.
Mailing list management and email delivery are entrusted to Brevo, acting as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR (see the next section).
Webinars and video playback (YouTube)
The "Webinars" pages list sessions published on YouTube. Their title, description, date and thumbnail are retrieved when the website is built, and the thumbnail is copied onto our own hosting: it is served by bookivox.com, never by Google. Simply displaying the page therefore establishes no connection with YouTube.
• No video is loaded when the page is displayed: the player is only inserted after you have explicitly clicked the thumbnail;
• Only upon that click is a connection established with YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address, the identifier of the requested video and technical information about your browser are then sent to Google, which may place its own cookies or equivalent trackers on its domains and use them for its own purposes, in particular audience measurement and personalisation of its services;
• The player is called from the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits the placing of advertising cookies without eliminating it entirely;
• The "Join the live session" and YouTube viewing links take you off this website, to youtube.com: from that point on, only Google's terms of service and privacy policy apply;
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by clicking the thumbnail or the link. Not clicking is enough for no data to be sent to Google.
Limitless Influence receives from YouTube no personally identifying data, no list of attendees and no viewing history. If you follow a live session while signed in to a Google account, or take part in the conversation attached to the broadcast, those interactions are governed by that account and by Google's privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Processors and data location
Limitless Influence selects processors whose data is hosted within the European Union. The processors involved in a processing operation are:
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and static delivery (strictly technical data, no personal data processing);
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, Paris Trade and Companies Register 498 019 298) — mailing list management and newsletter delivery; the data is hosted within the European Union;
• Calendly (subject to consent) — meeting scheduling;
• The email and email hosting services used by Limitless Influence, all located within the European Union.
YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) does not act as a processor but as a separate controller, solely for the playback of webinar videos and only after your click — see the "Webinars and video playback" section above.
Each processor contractually undertakes to respect data security and confidentiality, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Where one of them itself relies on a provider established outside the European Union for an ancillary technical function, that reliance is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and trackers
The bookivox.com website places cookies according to the following rules:
• Strictly necessary cookies (exempt from consent): retention of language preference, retention of cookie consent choice, anti-CSRF security — maximum duration 13 months;
• Anonymised audience measurement cookies: placed only after explicit consent — maximum duration 13 months;
• No third-party advertising cookies, no advertising pixels, no non-consensual trackers are placed;
• No cookie is placed by YouTube before you click a webinar video; after that click, Google may place cookies on its own domains, which is beyond our control — see the "Webinars and video playback" section.
To change your choice at any time, use the cookie management button available at the bottom of each page.
Retention periods
The personal data collected is kept for strictly limited and proportionate periods:
• Contact data, demo or quote requests: maximum 3 years from the last exchanged contact or the last scheduled meeting, then archived or deleted;
• Newsletter sign-up: first name and email address kept until consent is withdrawn, and at most 3 years after the last contact;
• Cookies and trackers: maximum 13 months from their first deposit on the user's terminal device;
• Data required to comply with a legal obligation: retention period in accordance with the applicable obligation (e.g. 10 years for accounting documents in accordance with the French Commercial Code).
Security and integrity
Limitless Influence implements organisational and technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data: HTTPS connections, access restricted to authorised persons only, regular backups, internal policies on good data practice.
Despite these precautions, no storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be 100% infallible; in the event of an incident affecting the rights and freedoms of a data subject, Limitless Influence undertakes to notify the CNIL within the regulatory time limits and, where applicable, the data subject concerned.
Your GDPR rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have, at any time, the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object and the right to set guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, please write to: contact@limitless-influence.fr enclosing a copy of a valid identity document. A response will be sent within a maximum of one (1) month from complete receipt of the request, extendable by two (2) months in the event of a complex request or significant volume, after prior information.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If, after contacting us, you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you may send a written complaint to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — or online at https://www.cnil.fr.
Updates
This privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by Limitless Influence, in particular to take account of any legislative, regulatory or case-law developments, or any substantial modification to processing operations.
In the event of a substantial change, the updated version will be published on this page and its last update date will be shown at the bottom of the page.
